beQPress Live distributes news in real-time. Please contact beQuoted for further information.

The following operations are supported. For a formal definition, please review the Service Description.

• GetLanguages
  Gets all languages used by beQPress Live. This can be used to build a database table of all languages and later to determine the language of a certain news item. This data should be periodically updated.
• GetLastIDByDate
  Retrieve the last ID by date. It's gets the ID of the last news item published before or equal to the supplied date and time. This can then be used with ListenByLastID, and will retrieve news published later than the date supplied to GetLastIDByDate. Returns -1 if no news items could be found before the supplied date.
• GetNewsTypes
  MessageName="GetNewsItemTypes"
  Gets all news item types. This can be used to build a database table of all news item types and later to determine the type of a certain news item. This data should be periodically updated.
• GetOriginators
  Gets all originators. This can be used to build a database table of all originators and later to determine the originator of a certain news item. This data should be periodically updated.
• ListenByLastId
  MessageName="ListenByLastID"
  Listen to beQPress Live to receive news in real-time. Existing news items with a NewsItemID greater than the supplied ID will be returned immediately. The lastId is used to ensure that all news items are received even if the client has been offline and missed previous news.
